Fluorocarbon Topcoat
Product introduction
Fluorocarbon topcoat is a two-component coating with super weather resistance. It not only has excellent application effect in coastal areas with high temperature, damp heat and high salt, but also performs well in plateau and desert areas with high ultraviolet radiation, high temperature and drought.
Application
Steel structures, steel supports, and iron towers of transmission lines of various power equipment in substations;
Rust-prone cast iron or steel components such as buildings, bridges, ships, etc.;
Power plant cooling tower, desulfurization flue, main powerhouse, coal transport trestle, dry coal awning and other steel structures.

Construction technology
1. Basic treatment
Clean up the rust, weld coating, welding spatter, oil stain, dust and other debris on the coating part, so that the coated surface is free of rust, oil, water, and dust. Primer must be applied within 12 hours after rust removal.
2. Primer coating
When the primer is applied, the direction should be consistent and the connection should be neat. When painting, the principle of frequent movement and short distance is adopted to prevent too much paint from flowing down.
3. Topcoating
Prepare according to the ratio of A:B=10:1 and stir thoroughly to ensure consistent color, viscosity and consistency without sagging and brush lines. It should be stirred continuously during use, and the application method is the same as that of the primer.
Recommended solutions for anti-corrosion coatings used to increase service life
1.Platinum solution for normal and low-pollution environment:
Epoxy zinc rich primer + Fluorocarbon topcoat
2.Cost-effective solution for moderately polluted and heavily polluted environments
Epoxy zinc rich primer + Epoxy MIO micaceous iron oxide intermediate coat + Fluorocarbon topcoat
