2K SOLVENTBORNE ACRYLIC POLYURETHANE TOPCOAT


PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a two-component chemically curing aliphatic acrylic polyurethane coating.It has a gloss finish with very good gloss retention.It is a high solids product.The product is suitable for application by brush and roller.The product has good application properties.To be used as topcoat in atmospheric environments.

  • Dry film is tough, non-chalking, non-yellowing; 

  • Excellent decoration and quick drying; 

  • Excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance; 

  • Good impact resistance, wear resistance.


Polyurethane topcoat is suitable for shipbuilding industry and coastal steel structure anti-corrosion coating,can also be used for container trucks and large steel facilities,storage tank exterior anti-corrosion,wind power tower cylinder anti-corrosion..

RECOMMENDATION

Recommended viscosity: 

  • Airless spray: 45″—55″ 

  • Air spray: 20±2″ 

  • Brush: 35″—45″


Surface preparation: 

  • Primer surface should be clean and dry, free of dirt. 

  • Pay attention to the coating interval between midcoat and topcoat.


Safety Precautions: 

  • The following measures shall be guaranteed during any paint applications: 

  • Avoid skin and eye contact; 

  • In case of skin or eye contact, flush with a large amount of water and immediately get medical attention; 

  • Assure good ventilation; 

  • Observe all health and safety regulations on-site.
